Hello everyone!
This is Blue-Uncia again, with our new bi-monthly update.
First of all, we have some big news for those of you looking to submit your comics to our group. After evaluating our submission history and looking at the responses by you, our members, we've decided that we can afford making our submission guidelines less strict.
We initially chose to limit submissions to 1 page for every 10 a member has in total. That has now changed to 1 page for every 5 they have in total. We feel the potential for in-box spam will be minimal, but just in case, we'd like to have your input over the next few weeks. Whether you like or dislike the new arrangement, please let us know.
For our full submission guidelines, please go here: dpca.deviantart.com/blog/30879…
Secondly, we have a new theme for the featured folder: Digital comics! The last theme wasn't particularly popular, it seems, but something tells me that this time things will be different. Please keep in mind that it doesn't matter whether the comic you submit to the Featured folder is an OCT entry, a regular comic, or a Nuzlocke challenge. As long as it's digital, it's welcome in the Featured folder.
After two months the works in the Featured folder will be moved to their appropriate folders.
And finally there is also some unhappy news. One of our co-founders, merely-mango has decided to turn her hiatus into a more permanent deactivation of her dA account. We will miss her energy and her enthusiasm, but we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
I'm leaving Mango's icon up in the admins section for now, but you will no longer be able to contact her there. Her previous tasks will now all be handled by me. Please note, we're not currently looking for new admins to take merely-mango's place. I think we've got a pretty good handle on things, even though business is a little slow lately.
On a happier note, even more OCT's (dpca.deviantart.com/blog/30879…) are starting up now, so I doubt things will stay quiet for much longer!
Have a nice day, and keep those comics coming.

...Hello?
To anyone still watching the DPCA: Hello, and thank you. We’ve been pretty inactive.
And that’s basically what I’m writing this post. I’m not really sure what to do in these cases.
I am just a contributor to the DPCA. I’m not an admin and I don’t have access to everything. I don’t even get to see page submissions. I can’t remember the last time I saw a batch of pages uploaded. (I used to get those requests but not anymore. Long story.) About all I get to see is when a new author requests to be a member or if a group wants to be an affiliate.
My point with that is I don’t have all the po
DPCA Author In Need
Hello everyone! We know we don't normally do this sort of thing, but we thought this was a special case and so we made an exception!
One of our DPCA members is a team known as sulfurbunny (https://www.deviantart.com/sulfurbunny) . They create a comic Known as Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Team Victory Fire. Night, one half of the team behind the comic, is in need of financial aid. You can find out the details from the links below.
We wanted to just help spread the word about the donation drive, and so if you are at all able to, I hope you will consider chipping in. At the least, help relay the message further so we can get Night the help they need!

Comic Review: Char-Cole

That's right, I decided to make video versions of the reviews. (Well, the term video might be a little lose considering there is little to no motion, but there is audio at least.) So you can check out that version, or the text version below! Both are more or less the same. (Other than a few places where I messed up while recording but meh.) This is a bit of a learning process but hopefully future videos will be much easier to put together! But yeah, check out the review in whatever format you'd prefer.

DPCA Highlights (and announcements)
Yes yes, I know. I promised the first highlights would be weeks ago. I dug into working on the first review, which I ended up turning into a bigger project and then was met with unexpected delays. The review is more or less back on track so you can expect that very soon. (Like should be less than 48 hours soon.) But for now, here are those highlights.
I have a few announcements too, but we'll get the highlights first because those are more important!
For this set, I focused on the All Ages folder because I think a lot of times it's hard making a comic that is suitable for any Pokemon fan to read. I theorize that we all get our fill of the "
